“Absolutely first rate, hot water blew up and caused a big problem, (I am not at all technical) anyway Bill came out and he is without doubt one of the nicest tradies I have ever met. Nothing was a problem and he was extremely skilled probably because he has been doing his job for a long time (sorry bill lol) He offered me 4 options and the one I chose meant he had to make a 2nd trip, but it was all in a days work. When it came time to pay my credit card didn’t work and he said it was okay to pay the next day !!!!!! I rang and spoke with Jody and she too was wonderful.
