At Coolclean we specialise in cooling system repairs, cleaning and maintenance. We service more than 200 commercial and industrial sites in Melbourne and across Victoria.

- Cooling tower repairs, cleaning, spare parts and mechanical maintenance, for all makes and models of cooling towers and climate control units.
- Cleaning and sanitisation of cooling assets using AerisGuard anti-microbial treatment – we offer long term hygiene control to the food, hospitality and healthcare industries. Applications include cool rooms, cold stores, fan coil units (FDCs), evaporators, split systems and air handling units.
- Cleaning and sanitisation of outdoor units including air cooled condensers and hybrid cooler units.
Our work complies with Australian Health Department and OH & S regulations including Working at Heights, the use of EWPs, and Confined Space Entry for high pressure water cleaning of tanks, pits and vessels. Coolclean is an approved supplier to the Australian contractor system CM3, which specifies adherence to contractor health and safety management standards.
Coolclean is HACCP Certified to provide Specialist Cleaning Services for the Food Industry in the Melbourne region.
The HACCP food safety certification includes our cleaning and sanitisation of air handling units, wall split systems, split ducted air conditioning, chillers, fan coil units, evaporators, exhaust fans, cooling towers, cool rooms, cold stores and cold storage facilities.
Our team of on-site technicians have also completed the HACCP training course: ‘Introduction to Food Safety Concepts and its application in Cleaning Cool Rooms and Refrigeration Equipment’.
The HACCP certification is part of Coolclean’s continuous improvement strategy and contributes to our work quality, policies, systems, procedures, safety, traceability and environmental impact.
At our premises in Hallam, we hold cooling tower spare parts, including drift eliminators, fill pack and inlet louvres. These can be supplied direct or supplied and fitted for customers on short notice.
To meet the demand for quality Australian-made HVAC systems, Coolclean is the Victorian/Tasmanian representative of Fibreflow brand cooling towers, evaporative condensers and fluid coolers.
We provide sales and installation of Fibreflow units, and our customers can be confident that they will receive excellent advice and post-sale service.
Service areas include Melbourne CBD, Dandenong, Noble Park, Springvale, Keysborough, Braeside, Bayswater, Laverton, Altona, Thomastown, Campbellfield, Tullamarine, extending throughout Victoria, NSW, ACT, SA and Tas.
