Who are we?

Corporate Hands was established in 2008 after seeing a need to create a happy relaxed space in the corporate environment, where members of staff have permission to take the time to ‘stop and breathe’ for a time, relax and rejuvenate and go back to work feeling inspired and motivated. Our corporate massage and yoga programmes benefit everybody both physically and mentally, making for a positive, healthy and more productive workplace culture.

We have now grown and expanded into a highly trusted and reputable national provider of corporate massage and yoga for workplace and events, plus the addition of our sports massage team for both amateur and professional sporting events. We have serviced hundreds of companies with thousands of hours of specially tailored wellness programmes to offer your company a simple and effective solution to reducing stress and fatigue in the workplace whilst increasing your productivity.

Our team

Our team of massage therapists and yoga teachers are our greatest asset bringing together highly skilled and qualified professional practitioners who have been handpicked specifically to provide your company with the best health and well-being service available. Many of our therapists have backgrounds in sports and exercise science, anatomy and physiology, nutrition and personal training.

All of our massage therapists hold a Certificate IV or Diploma of Remedial Massage, have at least 12 months experience in the industry and receive ongoing training through Corporate Hands. They all have senior first aid and are covered for professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

The owner

The Corporate Hands team is led by owner Lisa Vass. Lisa is a qualified remedial massage therapist and has been involved with the health, wellness and sporting industry for over 15 years. As a business owner, a mum and a competing triathlete, she knows the importance of finding the right work-life balance to achieve the best results.

Services

Seated Massage

Seated Massage is delivered in our ergonomic massage chairs. Recommended time: 10- 30 minutes per person. Our massage chairs are ideally suited for the office as they are specifically designed for workplace massages. This is our most popular massage service allowing the individual to take some time away from their desk in a quiet space with the option of soft background music and the aroma of essentials oils.

At desk massage

Our therapists quietly rove the office space and provide 5 – 10 minute neck and shoulder massage at the workstation without disrupting the working environment. No equipment is needed as your staff remain at their desks.  This service is best suited to organisations with larger staff numbers.

Table massage

Ideal for remedial massage in the workplace or pre and post sports massage for sporting events. Table massage offers the individual great flexibility with time and remedial treatment options. Everyone can experience the benefits of a table massage at work with ease, and you can choose to have your massage with or without oils. Health fund rebates may apply with this massage option.
