Corporation U is an Australian-owned and operated financial services firm, which stands to offer hard-working Australians the highest possible service standards. Notably, this includes quality advice, client-focused strategy and ongoing support.

Our primary role is to help clients manage their money and keep on top of their financial goals, giving them the best chance of reaching their desired retirement.

Our unique difference

Corporation U offers interactive services to help you manage your money as if you were the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of your own corporation.

As the CEO, your first project is to meet with your Chief Financial Officer (financial planner) to identify your why and develop a strategy (Statement of Advice) to obtain those goals.

Corporation U is about outlining the benefits, risks and costs of each course of action, all in plain, down-to-earth English.

Your financial planner will help you liaise with other financial executives, such as accountants, mortgage brokers and estate lawyers, and make sure it all happens!

What if your current financial situation is not altogether good? Not to worry!

Corporation U is about lending you a hand to keep debt and cash flow under control. By having control over your cash flow, you will have a clear path to the things that you need: travel, property, raising a family, retiring early—you name it!

Corporation U charges a flat-fee-for-service, which varies, depending on your needs. We can do as little or as much as you like.

Corporation U and related entities a brief history

Corporation U is our trading and registered business name, the authorised entity is Corporation U Financial Services Pty Ltd. Corporation U Financial Services Pty Ltd purchased the naming rights and business in its totality from Fresh Planning the trustee for The Fresh Property Hybrid trust formerly trading as Corporation U in March of 2013. The former entity had been trading and operating a successful financial services practice since 2008 originally trading as Fresh Finance and Planning before changing its trading name to Corporation U in 2010. The Management, staff, business practices, and experience of the former Corporation U remain intact and without much change under the new ownership. It’s also worth noting that as a team Corporation U has only been working together since 2008, but accumulatively we have well over 100 years of experience in the financial and financial services industries.
