Hi. I’m Rosalie Pech, and I’m a Cosmetic Tattoo Specialist.

Having originally trained in 2005 with Val Glover-Hovan, Australia’s world renowned undisputed leading specialist and educator in Cosmetic Tattoo, you can rest assured that you will receive a long-lasting, natural-looking, self-esteem boosting, time saving Cosmetic Tattoo treatment.

Between May 2008 and August 2009, I completed an Internship programme in Advanced Specialist Training with Val Glover-Hovan in Sydney, and now hold an Award of Excellence in Cosmetic Tattoo.

This Internship Programme teaches Advanced Clinical Cosmetic Tattoo Techniques and Procedures, and certifies me as The Highest Level of Advanced Cosmetic Tattoo Practitioner.

Having achieved the Award of Excellence I accepted the offer to work as Val’s Practitioner in her Brookvale clinic where I performed up to 8 treatments a day.

This was a unique and invaluable experience which very few practitioners have the opportunity to undertake.

The advantage of working side by side with Val, on clients of all ages and skin types, and some who have been having treatments in Val’s clinic for up to 20 years, is invaluable — and provided me with a very firm understanding of how the colours and treatments evolve over an extended period

In July 2010 I trained Advanced Cosmetic Tattoo Procedures in England, at the Dermace Professional Training Academy.

In November 2010 I received a Digital Cosmetic Tattoo Machine Diploma have been using the latest technology Amiea Digitial Cosmetic Tattoo Machine ever since.

The advantages for clients are significant, providing treatments which are much more accurate, less invasive faster, and with a dramatically reduced healing period.

Once clients have had a treatment with this machine they will never want to have a treatment with a rotary machine ever again. I believe I am the first Cosmetic Tattoo Specialist in Sydney to adopt this latest technology.

I am also an ACTP member (Accredited Cosmetic Tattoo Professional) of the APAA (Australian Professional Association of Aestheticians), with current Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Your protection and comfort is my priority. All my Cosmetic Tattoo procedures are performed in high level hygienic conditions with client safety and protection as a priority.

New sterile single–use disposable needle and parts are used for every client. The needles and parts come in individual sterile packs.

No parts are re-used, and are disposed of after each treatment into a Sharps container.

New pigment is dispensed for each client, and any unused pigment is discarded at the end of the treatment.

New treatments for eyebrows and eyeliners range, on average, from $400 – $850 dependent on what level of eyebrow design, or eyeliner thickness is required.

Eyeliner design can be as bold or as subtle as you like, and can include two-tone, shading and smudged effects.

Eyebrows can be done as a soft powder effect, feathered*, hair-stroke* or a combination to give you your most complementary look.

New treatments for lips range, on average, from $500 – $975 dependent on what effect is required … choose from lip line, lip blend or full lip colour.

All NEW cosmetic tattoo treatment prices include an adjustment 6-8 weeks later to maximise the results, at no additional cost.

All adjustments are to be completed within three months of the initial treatment. Additional work done after this time will be incur an additional cost.

New para-medical treatments for areola and nipple reconstructions range, on average, from $350 for a unilateral treatment, to $450 for a bilateral treatment.

An adjustments fee of $120 applies to all adjustments which can be done after 6-8 weeks, and definitely within 4 months. Additional work done after 4 months will incur an additional cost.

Beauty Spots, Scar Camouflage (for white scars), Colour Patch Tests and Small Body Tattoo treatments are also available.
• Beauty Spots are $150 for the initial treatment, and $110 for an adjustment.
• Scar Camouflage prices are priced according to the size, and charged per session  starting from $250 for the initial treatment.
• Small Body Tattoos are priced according to size and design, the minimum charge is $225

When your cosmetic tattoo needs to be REFRESHED, on average 15-24 months for eyebrows and lips, and on average 24-48 months for black eyeliners, the retouch price ranges from $235-$350 (eyebrows and eyeliners), to $450-$650 for lip-line, lip-blend and full lip colour.

Retouch treatments do not include an adjustment.

Retouch Treatments completed after 24 months are considered NEW treatments, are subject to full pricing, and will include the free adjustment.

As standard practice I ask for a $100 deposit to secure all treatments.

I also ask for a minimum 2 business days’ notice in Sydney to reschedule or cancel an appointment, or the deposit will be forfeited.

When I travel to Coffs Harbour and Port Melbourne, I ask 3 business days’ notice.

In most circumstances it’s not necessary to come in for a consultation before your treatment, unless you are incredibly anxious or nervous about having a treatment, or you have some possible contraindications which you like to discuss with me.

I love a challenge, and am more than happy to help you overcoming any anxieties.

Retouch of colour of any other cosmetic tattoo practitioner’s work will be considered NEW treatments, and full pricing applies.  Retouch pricing is applicable only to work that I have done.

A 30 Minute Consultation will be $100, and this is credited towards your treatment when you book an appointment. The appointment should be booked within 4 weeks of the consultation to utilise the credit.

Cosmetic Tattoo Prices – as at July 2016

The Cosmetic Tattoo price includes the cost of your pre-packaged individual Single-Use Disposable Needle/s and Parts (new needles and accessories are used for every client); your initial treatment (about 1 – 1½ hour), your adjustment treatment in 6-8 weeks (about 1 hour), and a Limited Guarantee*

With each treatment you will receive Home Care Instructions for your new Cosmetic Tattoo, and Body Tattoo treatments, designed to assist in the healing process of your investment, together with your recommendations of best after care products to purchase.

• The Limited Guarantee applies only to pigment holding in the skin for up to 12 months. This guarantee does not apply to very light/blonde eyebrows or hair-strokes, where no Guarantee is given due to the colour of the pigment chosen. There is NO guarantee against fading, or to exactly how the pigment will appear in the skin. All tattoos (either cosmetic or body illustrations) can and will fade, and it is not possible to predict the longevity of the colour once implanted. The Limited 12 Month Guarantee is simply to assure you that the pigment will be successfully implanted, and will be visible in the skin for up to 12 months. Special prices will apply for re-touch of colours to all Cosmetic Tattoo by Rosalie clients. It is recommended that a retouch of colour be done about every 16-24 months.
