“We have been customers of Tom for 6 years now and yes, the office is “organised chaos” and there have been times where I have chased, but Tom’s knowledge of the world markets, finance and interest rates are exceptional and his advice to us has been spot on each time. He does not charge excessive fees (although I would be happy to pay more) and gets the best return for his customers he can. If you just need your tax done quickly, maybe go elsewhere but if you are after advice or have a complicated return then he is the person to see.”

“I have used Tom a couple of times to do my tax return because my in laws used to use him and his service is terrible. Each year I have had to wait 2 months to get my tax return back and he sends a cheque which I then have to go bank so I have to wait even longer to get my money back. He is not contactable at all and is always running late.”

“Absolute joke.. Nearly 2 months to do a simple return and still no cheque.. Keep being there of next week next week.. Maybe I’ll see my refund next year? They didn’t even submit it until I called nearly a month after being in there to see where it is.. Seems to be comin practice according to the reviews.. DON’T GO THERE!!!!”
