CRC Business Solutions is a specialist accounting and business advisory firm operating through four divisions:

We advise company directors, CEO’s and business owners requiring strategic solutions for company restructuring, business financing and performance improvement.

Our head office is based on the Queensland Gold Coast and we have consulting officers in Brisbane, Sydney and Newcastle. Our wide network of specialised business advisors allows CRC to provide professional services across a wide range of industries throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
We are referred by accountants, lawyers, insolvency practitioners and other professional advisers as well as banks and finance companies.

Our People
Director
Richard Croaker (CA, MAICD, B. Fin.Admin)
Richard specialises in business restructuring, company turnaround and performance improvement.
He is passionate about ensuring business owners and their families get maximum value in return from their efforts.
In a career spanning 30 years, Richard has developed the financial knowledge and experience to help his clients to rebuild and restructure their troubled businesses.
He is a successful mentor to businesses operators who are seeking to renew and grow their businesses. Richard’s understanding of business management and his financial expertise is so well regarded that a large network of accountants regularly refers clients to Richards so he can help to re-establish their business goals and minimise risk.
He holds a degree in financial administration and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Turnaround Management Association and the Australian Institute of Company directors.
Richard has started, bought and sold many businesses over his career. He has held senior management positions including a directorship and shareholding of a large second-tier insolvency firm. He now concentrates on his primary mission-to assist SMEs build better businesses.
Administration Manager
Deborah Croaker
Debbie is the Administration Manager at CRC Business Solutions.
Debbie has worked side by side with the CRC Business Solutions Director, Richard Croaker, for 16 years in both an administrative and secretarial capacity. As a result of her experience, she has a wealth of knowledge in the insolvency field.
Debbie’s eye for detail and organizational skills are vital to CRC Business Solutions effectiveness and help us to get the job done in a professional and time efficient way.
Previously, Debbie was the marketing officer for insolvency firm SVPartners where she organised all of the events held by the company.
Personal Assistant
Francia Dela Pena
Based in our Philippines office, Francia joined the CRC team as a telemarketing assistant in early November 2014 and has now progressed into the position of Personal Assistant to Richard Croaker. Francia started her career as a certified sales and customer service representative in one of the fastest growing BPO companies in Clark Philippines. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management and also became an English instructor at a local language school centre for Asian students.
During her college years, Francia became a Marketing Manager of the Events Management Group and familiarised herself in dealing, organising and negotiating with companies in line with sponsorship and partnerships. She held a leadership role for the League of Tourism Students of the Philippines which further developed her competencies in communication, customer service and management skills
Administrative Assistant
Elvira Claveria
Based in our Philippines office, Elvira initially commenced working with our sister company Profitmaster in April 2016 as a telesales representative and then progressed to join the CRC team in July 2016. Her career history includes working in the BPO industry for more than 9 years where she has held various positions like sales/marketing, appointment setting, email support, QA transcribing, customer service, lead generation and as executive assistant. Her experiences and expertise have made her knowledgeable and skillful in theoretical and analytical aspects.
Team Member Accounting & Virtual Services
Hanah Dayrit
Based in our Philippines office, Hanah joined the CRC team in October 2014. Hanah holds a degree if Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology.
As a young professional, she started her career as an on the job trainee in an accounting firm and then progressed to an accounting assistant in an international detailing company.
