“OMG what a joke this place is! The staff doing my nails was too busy jumping up every 2 minutes to get walk ins to do my nails properly. I asked for a re fill and cut and a nail art design and the staff kept making out that i was gonna take up too much time with the nail art and pointed out all the walk ins that the staff needed to do … and I had an appointment. I only wanted my tips done in nail art and staff proceeded to do my entire nail, apologised when i told them to stop, removed the colour and then proceeded to do the entire nail again! I wanted one particular design and staff kept telling me “it take long time” and did a picture that my 9 year old niece could of done better instead. The gel has broken on every single finger within 4 days. I went to another shop after this and they were utterly disgusted in the quality of the nail and thought I had done the nail art myself until i told them otherwise. I DO NOT recommened this place to anyone. They are rude, and dont care about their clientel. I had been there 5 times and each time the treatment got worse and worse. Id be surprised if they even have qaulifications. The staff who did this poor job to me worked 7 days a week. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN MORE APPALLING QUALITY OF WORK!”
