“I took in a LARGE picture of myself with the hairstyle i wanted. I said more then ONCE that I didn’t want one defined layer. They said they wouldn’t do that, and that they’d give me wispy layers. Over a THIRD of my hair is now ONE defined layer. It’s several inches shorter then I said I wanted. They didn’t go over it to see that everything was even and when I got home I noticed a big bit of hair that was over an inch longer then everything else. Do not go here.”
