“I had a horrible experience. I bought a Scoopon for 1/2 hour back massage and 1 hour facial, yes I understand that sometimes Scoopons can be risky however I was looking for a new beauty salon in the city and thought i’d give it a go then if I liked it I would continue to be a client…not the case.
The “Beauty Salon” if you can call it that was not even at the correct address on the Scoopon then when I finally arrived it was a shitty-shack above Nando’s.
The whole procedure was in a dirty room with no space so the girl constantly bumped me when try to maneuver around me. The “back massage” was technically an arm massage, I think she spent about 5 mins on my back and the rest on my arms, which did nothing.
The “facial” was so bad it’s almost hilarious, the girl literally left the room between-every-single-step!! So she’d wipe my face with water, then leave, then rub it with face wash, then leave, then take it off with water, then leave ect ect. The most hideous part is when her friend arrived to say hello and continued to talk and laugh loudly right outside my room THEN she brang her friend INTO the room I was in, I’m laying their almost naked under my towel with a face mask on and cotton balls on my eyes…her friend obviously thinks i’m a funny sight as she laughing at me and talking in Japanese to the girl… HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. ”

“I can’t say enough about this place. I was a customer when Crescent Beauty Salon first opened and Rossmary was nothing but friendly and flexible. She was quick to notify me of any changes and always accommodated my work schedule. I’m Paki/Persian & Indian so I know a thing or two about body hair. I was previously going to another laser salon where I saw little results and lots of neglect. Within a two treatments I saw such drastic change, I was so thankful for the quality of service provided. Rossmary made sure to educate me on the process, what to expect and more. They show concern for your progress and ensure results. I always recommend this place, without hesitation.”

“I visited the salon for the IPL treatment of my sun spots and acne scars. As a child, I spent way too much time in the sun without sunscreen and by the age of 28 I had some serious sun damage. Not only was the skin on my face damaged, but my shoulders and chest had very dark “moles” or damage all over them. They numbed me prior to using the laser and gave me cream to help with the aftermath. After a 5 days or so, the sun spots completely disappeared! My face looked so youthful, smooth and almost like porcelain. I continue to go back every 6-12 months for the IPL treatment because sun spots still pop up on my face, regardless of using SPF every day! Great experience, great staff and great results!”
