Welcome to Cronulla Physio-Active

Cronulla Physio-Active is a multi disciplinary practice established in 2008.
Cronulla Physio-Active provides optimal injury management in the hands of our experienced physiotherapy and remedial massage therapy staff. We specialise in the treatment and prevention of sporting injuries as well as meeting the needs of the general population, including children and the elderly. We believe a combination of thorough assessment, “hands on” manual therapy and individualised exercise prescription is essential in helping you recover from injury and stay active.

We are located inside Fitness First, 447 Captain Cook Drive Cronulla. Plenty of free parking is available in the Fitness First car park on the ground floor. Our clients have access to state of the art exercise equipment within Fitness First whilst under our care. You don’t have to be a member.
