“today my wife and I tried to book an advertised special for the fire and ice trip to north america with a cruise in alaska. i needed some help to explain some of the dtails and to upgrade to a cabin because i get clostraphobic. all was going well 20 mins into our chat with the sales agent when he told me to hold while he checked the details and l. suddenly the price went up by 200. per person this is after we already upgraded by $800. I asked to speak with the supervisor who informed me that i should go back and book online to get the original price.(dodgy) even though it says the price guaranty is for 1 hr. and call the office no. provided if help was needed. in my opinion the terms and conditions was breached and they do not honour their price guaranty as clearly stated on the web site. for $8500. this is not good enough. “
