“I have been going to crysalis for years. They have recently changed their product to an inferior brand and one of the staff members – was really rude and aggressive towards me when I questioned them about the new product that is cheaper for them to buy yet they are charging the same prices. Also I went in and asked them about my colour as it had gone from a nice blond colour to have a green tinge. Again they were rude and aggressive. They said the reason for the change in colour was because of something I had done. I wasn’t sure about this but maybe it was and maybe it wasn’t. It was the way they spoke to me that was really unprofessional and for the money they charge I would expect much better service. Very disappointed”
