“I went to get SNS on my natural nail and 3 days later, 3 nails were chipped and one completely came off. When I asked for a refund (I payed $45!) The owner declined. I payed for a service that was NOT fit for purpose. By law refunds are required to be issued. While having this discussion with the manager, their were 5 other customers overhearing the conversation (Who were shocked by their treatment of me)…I guess they would rather lose clients than treat a customer well and do the right thing! Do not go to this salon. They have no idea how to run a business.”
