“Don’t even consider walking into this shop!!the staff were rude and incompetent I left with cracked nails that were ripped up from the nail bed , bleeding and damaged beyond repair. The lady then tried to glue my nail back onto the skin. I was made to pay for my massacred nails and when speaking to the owner I was rudely told I could not have my money back. It was a complete waste of time and money as I had to find a competent nail artist to try and fix it but there was very little she could do.”

“The owner of this business needs to allow feedback from customers. Australians are not generally confrontational people. The techniques being used to do nails in this salon are very poor. The ladies were trying hard but just not any good. I suggest staff being retrained if you want this business to last.”

“Every 3rd Saturday I go to Crystal Nails. I’ve already written a review but I just have to express again how great this place is. I stroll in after lunch and they always fit me in, I never have to wait long. The magazines are always piled up high for those of us who want to catch up on our gossip. Every time I go there’s a couple of new polish colours and they’re always encouraging if you want to try something a little crazy! The pedicure was fantastic as always and that massage chair – OMG. I walk out feeling great every time.”

“I’ve tried about 4 different salons in the CBD and was always left disappointed after my appointments. I did a search and found Crystal Nails and thought I’d give it a try. I’m SO glad I did – it really is a lovely little place, the girls are all so friendly and they really do a great job. I get a mani and pedi EVERY time I go there which is every 4 weeks, they remember me, they chat with me and they are gentle and careful with my hands and feet. I feel like a million bucks when I walk out of there, my nails are always perfect, polish is neatly applied and those massage chairs… wow. HIGHLY recommend, would give 10/10 stars if I could.”
