“Worst. Haircut. Ever! Charged $190 for a colour, cut and eyebrows. The hairdresser cut layers off all over my long hair and all I asked for was 2 inches off length at the back. Took 3.5 hours to ruin my hair. I will never go back!”

“I went to this salon after reading the reviews below. I went in for the $120 pamper package included: full head of foils, colour, treatment, style cut, blow dry, & eyebrow wax. As the reviews said the salon does not look like much but the hairdresser, was very friendly. However, that is where the service ended. I paid $119.00 and spent 4 hours in the salon to receive: a colour that did not take a half head of foils, another temp colour applied to my hair, treatment consisted of a bit of Moroccan oil combed through my hair style cut was the very ends of my hair trimmed not even the damaged ends taken off I had to ask several times for them to cut my hair, which resulted in the ends being trimmed. The eyebrow wax did not happen, as they did not have time. The colour bled from my hair on my clothes as soon as I exercised even as little as going for brisk walk. I went back to see them 5 days after having my hair done as the colour had faded so badly & I had a very important event to attend in 2 days time so I was not satisfied. In those 5 days, I had washed my hair twice & applied the protein treatment I bought from them on their recommendation. Their advice was it is my hair not their products and to not wash my hair so much & using the protein treatment that they had recommended I use would not help the colour hold. That as far they were concerned the colour had held as they have clients that no matter what colour they puts in their hair it does not take at all. As for the important event, I was attending that all I could do was put another colour in on the day of the event. I lead a very active & busy lifestyle where my hair gets sweaty daily due to daily exercise. I do not consider washing my hair twice in 5 days excessive nor do I have the option of leaving my hair go another day before washing it as they suggested to me as the solution if I wanted the colour to last. I do not recommend this salon and will never return there.”

“I got one of those Clever Coupons for this place. Got a $99 deal for colour, foils, eyebrows, the lot. Went in with not much of an expectation but WOW a little place with great service. It is now the only place I will go and I have to travel about 25 minutes to get there driving past many many other salons.”
