The Curvalicious Concept
A new and innovative way to plus size shopping! Being a gal who has struggled with her weight all her life – I know how hard it is for REAL sized girls to find fabulous and fashionable clothes in their size at a great price. I have started Curvalicious to fill this huge gap in the Australian Market. Why do REAL sized girls (who are the majority of the Australian female population ages 22 – 44) have no fashionable choices in this Country? The Mainstream clothes stores which stock the latest trends only have sizes up to 14 or 16, some of these are very small sizing and the larger sizes don’t last long – because most of the female population have already scooped them up! We then have the “plus size” clothing selections – we all know what these are – huge handkerchief style tops that hang to your knees, god awful floral puffy tops, and culottes’ – REALLY? Is that what our gorgeous gals really have to choose from? WELL NO MORE! I am committed to finding fabulous trends straight from the UK and US which have the gorgeous colours and styles of the season, trending bolds and brights, with flattering styles and sexy sassy designs to suit all shapes and curvy sizes! We not only have some of the very popular brands such as SWAK, SOURPUSS and FLUFF, but I search day and night for the perfect curvy girl’s clothing, I source from a lot of different Wholesalers and Vendors to ensure we have unique but fabulously fashionable attire to suit the curvy girl.
At Curvalicious we have two main clothing categories @ Curvalicious – “Curvy & Proud” and “Curvy Secrets”. We have created these 2 categories to make online shopping a little easier. If you prefer to show off your fabulous curves with the more fitted and sexy tops– you may choose to check out the “Curvy & Proud” category first. If you prefer lovely flowing and loose fitted tops, you would want to look in our “Curvy Secrets” section first. I love this new concept – we all have bought something online that looks like it will sit a certain way, only to get it and find it’s a very clingy material and is not what you wanted! This gives you a more informative description of each style and extra choice when buying online @ Curvalicious.

These Fabulous Fashions are for the curvy girl who is Curvy and Proud of it! These styles are fitted and flaunting the curves we love. Fitted tees, cute skirts and sexy dresses, for the gal who has the curves and not afraid to show them off!
“Curvy Secrets”
Gorgeous fashions with flattering cuts and hidden secrets to help you look Fabulous! These styles are more flowing, looser and more flattering fits, all with a little hidden secret that only we will know about– fashions that look fab without looking like “plus size clothes”.
Pick our Fab Fashions
Here at Curvalicious we want your input – we want you to help us create an online fashion mecca for curvy girls! Your feedback in invaluable and this is why we also have a new site section called “Pick our Fab Fashions” (click on the vote now tab on website). We are always looking at new and fabulous designs, so many it can be hard to pick – so we are asking for our fabulous “Curvalicious Family” to help us! We will be putting up a range of clothes we are thinking about stocking on the site – we want you to vote for your favourites (can do daily!), the fab outfit with the most votes will end up on the site!! Your helping to design our site with fabulous fashions – how exciting is that!
Sizing
All of our fab fashions have a size chart on their details page. I purchase clothes from all over the world to keep them fun and unique, sizes vary dramatically. For this reason we try all the clothes on, then we measure and put down the “Australian Size” we believe the garment to be. We will also categorise into either our “Curvy & Proud” or “Curvy Secrets” to show which the style, cut, fabric of each garment to help you make the right decision for purchase.
We are only small and although we do our best, we will not always have all sizes on offer for all clothes. In time we will be able to get more choices and sizes as we build up and the “big guys” in wholesale retail take us on. Until then please be advised we do try everything to get a choice of fabulous clothing in ALL sizes!

What is your returns / refund policy?
Thank you for shopping at Curvalicious online, we hope you love your purchase. However, if it’s not quite right; here are some detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the item(s) you bought online. You can exchange or return any of the items you ordered online with the tax invoice (your receipt) you receive in your parcel. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for a refund to be processed via direct deposit.
We do not offer refunds or exchange simply for a customer who has change their mind, however we are sympathetic to a size misjudgements and will happily exchange the item (subject to stock availability) by providing the following Online Return Policy Conditions have been met;
1. The items are returned within 10 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
2. Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
3. The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
4. The Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us and also for any replacement garments to be posted back to the customer (unless deemed to be a faulty item by Curvalicious)
Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund or exchange for another item. Please state your preference when emailingadmin@curvalicious.com.au about your return / refund.
All refunds will be provided via direct deposit to a nominated bank account.
Returning items to the Curvalicious Online Store
To obtain a refund/exchange via the Curvalicious online store, send an email to admin@curvalicious.com.au with your details and a copy of your original tax invoice (your receipt).
As soon as we receive your return/exchange item the Curvalicious Support Team will then evaluate the exchange and if approved your requested exchange will be processed and new item(s) sent back out to you or we will refund to a nomindated bank account. You will receive an email confirmation when this has occurred. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for this processing time after receipt of return order

What happens if I am not home to receive delivery of my order?
There is no need to worry if you are not at home to receive a delivery. All of our items are sent via a registered service provided by Australia Post called e-parcel or a Courier service.
If you are not at home, a card will be left by Australia Post / Courier with instructions on how to collect your goodies. This card / notification generally means that your parcel is waiting for you at a local post office.
You may need to present this card to the post office upon pick up with photo identification.
Please try & arrange pick up as soon as possible as some post offices will only keep your parcel for a short period of time before they return it back to us. We don’t want you missing out on your catch!

How long does it take to receive my order?
We know you want to receive your gorgeous goodies as soon as possible that is why we try to fill orders as quickly as we can! Once payment is received/cleared we post your item the following day. Depending on whereabouts you live, you should receive within 2-5 working days. Our parcels are either sent via Australia Post, or Courier. Both will have tracking numbers which we will send to you upon payment clearing. You can then check the tracking sites provided for approximate delivery dates. If your order has taken more than 5 days and you are having any other concerns please contact us and we will assist in locating your item for you
How do I use a discount voucher / coupon?
Because we love a good deal, from time to time we may offer promotions through our E-Letter, website, Facebook and Twitter that requires you to enter a discount code when ordering.
To take advantage of these offers, simply enter the code in the “Apply a coupon” when you are on the Checkout page of your order.
The code requires to be entered exactly as advertised with capital letters, lowercase letters, spaces and any other special characters.
The system is completely automated and if you have correctly entered a valid code you will see the offer added to your order in the final stages of checkout.
Please note that if a coupon is not added during the checkout process, we will be unable to add this to your order later.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept PAYPAL, DIRECT DEBIT & LAYBY deposits as payment methods. Paypal is our preferred payment as you can pay by credit card or by bank deposit. With direct deposits not via PayPal, at checkout; if you choose this option we will then email you with the bank account details and order reference number which must be used when completely your direct deposit. Once payment has cleared, we will send you a confirmation of payment via email which will also have your Australia Post / Courier parcel tracking number.
