“Went in at 4:30PM on a Wednesday. Asked for a men’s trim, was told that I could be done there and then. Was seated. Waited 5 minutes for someone to put a towel around me, then a further 3-5 for the hairdresser to see me. Upon doing so, she asked what I would like, I said “I want to be able to get out of bed in the morning and spike it without hassle.”

She asked what length I wanted and I advised short. To which she relied “Are you sure?”
I want my hair short, I’m sure!
Between further second guessing and self doubt and undermining of my preferred haircut, I had to initiate conversation whilst she would handle cutting my hair and answering the phone.
At the end, I had to ask for more off the front – (after I already said I didn’t want the front longer).
Further to that, she styled it to one side, and not spiked up like I originally asked. It was clear she had not listened at all.
After all that, it cost me $35! It was essentially a trim!! Will never go there again! Terrible service!”
