“Hairdresser stated “I don’t usually let my customers walk out with wet hair…. I have another client, did you want to finish drying your own hair” I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and yell punked. Sadly there was no Ashton… It was simply BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The hairdresser proceeded to tell me I should of booked in for an hour as they had another client arriving. I was not advised time frame requests were required when making bookings nor was not aware this is common practice. I’ve learnt my lesson and will be doing my research before handing over my hard earned cash. Hoping this review will save a savvy consumer!”
