Swedish Massage …

• Using aromatherapy oils, this nurturing Massage will gently ease your body into a relaxed state.
• As gentle or as firm as you like.
• May be combined with Deep Tissue Massage for muscle release as well as relaxation.

Lomi-Lomi Massage  …

• Luxuriously relaxing Hawaiian massage restores balance to body, mind and soul.
• Uses flowing strokes from head to toe, on top of, and underneath the body.
• The ultimate de-stress massage
• For females only.

Hot Stone Massage …

• Allow warm ancient volcanic bassalt stones to remedy and sooth you.
• The combination of heat and energetic properties of the stones, along with specialised massage strokes induces a soothing state of relaxation and well being.
• Balance, restore, rejuvenate and relax your body at its deepest level.

Myofacial Cupping  …

• Myofacia encases the muscles and Cupping is extremely beneficial for: Passively stretching muscle fibre and releasing the myofacia;
• Assisting digestive and respiratory complaints;
• Nourishing the skin by drawing blood from deep to superficial tissue;
• Helping to prevent scar tissue after injury, reduce inflammation and aid recovery by increasing nutrient rich blood supply to the area.
• NB: Myofacial Cupping is said to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage …

• Relieves tight, aching muscles using specialised techniques, which maintain the entire body in optimal physical condition.

Pregnancy Massage …

• A beautiful nurturing, relaxing and tesion reducing experience for the expectant Mum at any time during her pregnancy.
• Connecting Mum and Bub through the sense of touch.  Working with two heartbeats as one.
• Mums-To-Be may enjoy Massage either:in a seated position with headrest or;
• in a side-lying position, comfortably supported with a full-length body pillow.

• Infant Massage (is best learnt in baby’s first 12 months) …

• Massage is taught and demonstrated on a massage doll and then baby’s caregiver/s practise the moves on their own baby or toddler
