Exchange and Returns

We carefully check our products before we despatch your order, but if you find it is damaged in transit, faulty or different from the goods you ordered, please email us so and send it back to us within 14 days you receive it.

We will be happy to exchange or refund (it may exclude postage). However, we accept no liability for goods lost in transit.

If you want to exchange or return the item for the reasons other than damaged or incorrect goods(e.g. wrong sizes or change your mind), please email us and send the goods back to us within 30 days you receive the item.

The goods must be unused and in the original condition and package.

In the case of clothing, tags must not be removed. We will not refund or exchange if the returned goods include shoes are stained( with makeup, liquid, etc.), torn, scratched or in any other damage, so please be careful when you try them on.
