“Dedicated and driven!!!
It was Jan 2015 and it was 41 degrees and there was Dave on the roof of our business trying to find a leak which so far no other plumber could find. We had three plumbers come in who did not have the patience or skills to find it

The irony of this day was that Dave was running water near our leaking window and then it started the rain and not just a little sprinkle but the kind of rain where you are out in the rain for 2 minutes you get soaked.
