“The facial experience was a disaster . When I walked into the treament room, the blanket and towel on the bed were messsy. The blanket and towel they use to cover my body were damp, means they use the same thing from last customer. Throughout the facial, they used the same towel from the sterilizer machine and they put it back into the machine at the end of the treatment. So unhygiene! The beautician didn’t put on face mask during treatment. Will never go back again.”
