“Had the intense facial, really enjoyed it. At some places you go to, when they turn on the steamer you can expect to be parked for 20mins upwards while they go off and do something else. The attendant at this place stayed during the steaming process and performed a skin exam and extractions, which made me feel less like there were service ‘holes’ in the time I’m paying for. The only time she left the room was when the mask was drying. Products smelled nice and did not irritate my (sensitive) skin. Nice quiet environment and no chatter from the attendant (previous facials with other salons have been ruined by over-talkative attendants quizzing me on my life, or yammering on about theirs). Pleasant, effective, good price ($60 for 60min with free eyebrow wax). I had some waxing done too, but nobody enjoys waxing! Suffice to say surfaces are clean, I was not burned, and skin was not irritated. I will be back.”

“I used to enjoy going to this beauty spa but have not been in months since a therapist ruined my eyebrows the day before my wedding : ( Having had my eyebrows shaped on a few occasions I had no reservations getting them shaped the day before my wedding – however on this particular day a therapist put wax ABOVE my eyebrows! I had never had this done before – my previous visits had involved wax below only. So the next day (wedding day) I had spots above both eyebrows and unfortunately I did not look my best. I was extremely disapointed because I had been looking after my face so I could look my best. I had to have extra makeup put on and my hair adjusted to hide her mistake, but it was still visible. Upon speaking to friends and other therapists since they have told me that wax should never go above the eyebrow. Why she did it I don’t know? If you go this spa – be specific and say exactly what you want because they are not consistent with their treatments.”
