Returns Policy

If products that are faulty on arrival or if there are any indiscrepencies with orders, Designer Pak can provide a refund (less shipping costs).

Designer Pak must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in writing or via email. Please include in your email, customer name, invoice number, item name/code, a description of the faulty item/indiscrepency and a photo of the faulty product.

Please choose carefully as we do not issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please note that product photos are representations of the items that you receive.  It is important that you read through the entire product description to make sure of sizes.
Items must be returned to address specified in email upon receipt of request for a refund.
Original postage costs are not refundable. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Goods may be returned to our wharehouse at Unit 3/ 10-12 Nuban Street, Currumbin Waters, 4223
Items need to be returned in orginal packaging.

FAQs

Q. I dont want to pay by direct deposit or Pay Pal what can I do? Call us any time we are happy to except your Credit Card Details over the phone or just drop into the warehouse and see our friendly staff who will be happy to assist with any questions you may have.

Q. When Can I Expect My Order?  All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment recieved if items are in stock. Postage via Aust Post normally 2-3 days. If items are NOT in stock we will contact you. For further shipping details see Shipping and returns policy located in the Everything Else menu.

Q. What is a Lip?  – (+Lip)  A lip is an extra 30mm added to our resealable polyprop bags to accomadate the resealable tape. Normally added to the top of the bag. eg 100mmW x 150mmL + lip the bags total lengh would be 180mm long.

Q. What is a Gusset?  – (+g) Gusset Bags have sides that expand, allowing you to package bulkier, items and food items. These bags are the perfect solution Nuts, Coffee and and large circular shaped products.  Our gusset bags will show +g after the size description.

Q. What are the Measurements? – All measurements are shown in millimetres and some products also have inches.
( width x length + Gusset or + Lip if required. )

Q. What is the difference between  HDPE & LDPE?
High-density polyethylene (HDPE). is the most widely used plastic, Its primary use is within packaging  plastic bag, plastic films, geomembranes, etc.). HDPE is commonly recycled, and has the number “2” as its rating . Information taken from http://en.wikipedia.org

Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a thermoplastic made from petroleum. It was the first grade of polyethylene, (ICI) using a high pressure process via free radical polymerization. LDPE is commonly recycled and has the number “4” as its recycling symbol. Despite competition from more modern polymers, LDPE continues to be an important plastic grade.
