“Rude girls, i went in for shellac, she went to infill my nails, after I objected she said that’s what i asked for, and was going to charge me for striping my acrylic off, if she hadn’t been so rude and preoccupied with her conversation with work colleges, in foreign language, and obviously speaking about me , and yes , it was obvious, she may have heard me. I won’t be back that’s for sure.”

The technicians don’t listen and are always in a rush to get you out the door despite half of the team sitting around looking bored. My last experience was terrible – uneven nails, bubbled shellac and dirty utensils.”

“Got a shellac manicure that only lasted two days. I went back to discuss the issue and they were extremely rude and refused to take any responsibility. Even if it hadn’t chipped the polish didn’t even cover the whole nail. I felt poorly treated and will not be going back.”
