“Really looked forward to true relaxation, after a lot of stress happening in my life, as in the past i couldn’t fault anyhting. However this time there was constant banging of doors & things being thrown up against the wall every 5-10 seconds during my dome treatment, which spoilt the whole experience. Just couldnt relax. Found the facial a bit rough & slap dash, instead of being gentle & relaxing. Enjoyed the massage, even though it was rougher than what i would usually have.”
