Founded in 1979, Diana Ferrari has progressed from a small leather shoe making factory to an iconic Australian brand. Our reputation has been built on providing quality products that are both fashionable and feminine.

In 1983 Supersoft by Diana Ferrari was introduced as a comfort footwear brand to meet the needs of your everyday lifestyle. Today, Supersoft by Diana Ferrari is one of Australia’s leading and most trusted comfort brands. It continues to build upon its already envious state as a market leader, pioneering new comfort technology and product designs.

In 2000, we introduced clothing, handbags and accessories into the range, thereby providing complete wardrobing solutions for all occasions, and taking the stress out of style! This range expansion was accompanied by the opening of our very first retail boutique in Highpoint.

Today, we are proud to have 23 retail boutiques and 11 clearance outlets and we plan to open more retail boutiques across Australia in the near future.

Our Diana Ferrari retail boutiques provide a welcoming retreat for women who like to be spoilt with stylish, contemporary and feminine product. We pride ourselves on our retail service and continually strive for excellence in how we serve you.

In August 2011 we launched an orthotic friendly range of shoes that can be adjusted for the exact fit you’re after. Our removable footbed gives you the option of extra room for a wider fit or the flexibility to add your own orthotic inner sole. Another great product range that assists you in enjoying some extra comfort along with the perfect fit!

“I don’t appreciate your staff at erina saying nasty things about customers. We were looking for an outfit for my grandma for her daughters wedding and your “lovely” staff had the guts too say and I quote ” why are they even in here they aren’t buying anything they should leave” even tho my grandmother had 3 dresses in her hand waiting for a fitting room to become available. The two ladies ( a youngish lady and an older lady ) said these comments loud enough for the people in the store too hear. So my grandma myself and 4 other ladies walked out. I’m not happy with your staff and I’d like something to be done thank you! Maybe some staff training days on how to treat customers would be good.”

“My favourite store in the ACT and maybe Australia (I mean, sure, there’s not much competition but still a diamond in a sea of undesirables!) ��� Classic cuts, flattering designs, trendy styles, elegant, for all ages, can usually find reasonably priced gems, timeless and beautiful. I just love Diana Ferrari so much for workwear mainly which, since it takes up most of our lives, makes sense to shop for. There are some good formal occasion dresses too though and the items are flexible so it can take you from work to evening to smart casual. Dressing room lighting isn’t bad either � and I am so relieved to finally find a store where the items fit and flatter my body type (like lower waistline). I always feel like a princess coming out of Diana Ferrari if I’ve found something great. I swear the clothes make me look and feel a million bucks. Diana Ferrari is more fashionable and keeps up with international fashion styles than other overpriced brands like Cue and Veronika Maine which I feel are too basic and plain in their designs; once again, those brands don’t keep up with international fashion and still want to charge a fortune.”
