“Do not use these guys – they are unable to take bookings and their phone service is really bad.”

Thought I had booked a multi-city flight to New Zealand, received a “confirmation” email from them, money came out of my account as a pending transaction, then a few hours later, got another email saying “sorry we couldn’t book your flights”. Asked for a refund, but the funds are still unavailable in my account for another 5 business days, so I can’t even re-book my flights with an actual reputable provider. Waste of my time.”

They wont answer my calls nor emails. Next step is the legal channels, buyer beware!!! It looks like bankruptcy when a company wont refund your money without explanation!!”
