“Worst experience even. Mr Chen was the one who served me today. i called in the morning to get a price of a tour to Queensland, and went to their office in the afternoon try to confirm everything and pay for it. Mr Chen was THE rudest people I’ve even seen. He was mad at me for not bringing their travel brochure back because he can’t remember which one he checked for me only few hours ago?? He spoke to me like a kid with no manner at all. I also work in retail customer service, I understand people who works in this area, but his attitude today was unacceptable!!! Booked the tour for 6 people with the travel agency next door, their loss!!!!!”
