Services

massage

A basic full body massage using quality organic cold pressed oil (ie unscented),facilitating relaxation and release of tension from everyday life. Promotes basic detoxification and general wellbeing. Utlizing elements from swedish , relaxation, remedial, acupressure, lymphatic and hawiian/kahuna massage modalities.

reflexology

Working the reflex points of the feet to access, heal and balance entire body and being. Extremely relaxing. Great for accessing and treating internal organs and imbalances.

More than a mere foot massage, Reflexology is the ancient healing art whereby pressure points on the feet directly co-relate to the body map, activating and clearing internal organs and optimizing bodily functioning. The stimulation of these body reflexes, located on the soles of feet (hands & ears also), work to interrupt & clear ‘blocked’ messages in the body, restoring the true lines of communication along the nerves to the neuro-centre, the brain itself. back/neck/shoulder massage

Working specifically to treat stress and tension. This is the most common area we hold stress. Alieviates symptoms of hyper extension experiences from extensive computer use, over training from gym, and general exertion of modern day life. This treatment is done without oil ,on a seated massage chair. Ask about corporate / seminar day rates.

lymphatic drainage/detox massage

This treatment works primarily on the lymphatic system to stimulate the immune system, promote detoxification and efficiency of body operation. A gentle yet effective full body massage treatment utlizing a personal selection of high quality therapeutic grade essential oils to assist your state of relaxation, health and wellbeing. Treatments assist to facilite detoxification, fluid retention, weight loss, cellulite, and can promote healing around augmentation and selected surgeries.

lymphatic drainage/detox massage with facial

The same treatment as above with the addition of a heavenly facial treatment. Once again the personal selection of quality organic and therapeutic grade oils to suit the specific requirements of your skin. Gentle and lymphatic in nature, the facial component stimulates oxygenation, hence promoting healthier and younger skin condition. Also assists with clearing sinus/ ear nose throat conditions.

holistic healing

These sessions work to access and balance all aspects of being and bring about balance and harmony. Utilising essential oils, flower essences, colour therapy, crystal energies, chakra balancing, energetic healing & past life healing. Sessions work to access and alleviate illness and imbalances at their core. Predominantly energetic in action.

health consultation

A series of half hour sessions to assist in holistically assessing, navigating and managing any specific health, diet and lifestyle concerns. A multitude of health concerns benefit from these sessions, particularly, weight loss, detox, and diet intolerances . Flower essence consultations are also available, and can work to support on more of an emotional or holistic level. Information and programs for childhood homeopathic immunisation and foreign travel homeopathic innoculation also available.

ear candling

Great for ear, nose, throat issues. Particularly good for ongoing sinus related congetion / complaints, for ear blockages,headaches and sinus maintanience. With the addition of some basic lymphatic facial massage and essences, these bees wax candle treatments are warming and relaxing.
