“This an excellent nail salon. I get my nails done two weeks and I am always very impressed by their work. They always do a great job!!!”

“Worst manicure ever! They took off my previous shellac so roughly that my nails are in terrible condition! She took layers of my real nails off which previously were in perfect condition. The manicure was terrible and the polish was cheap!! Will never ever go back and I advise anyone who’s considering going here… go to any other manicure place in manly any of the others are great. I usually go to top nails and they are brilliant. Biggest waste of money I’ve spent!”

“Worst mani/pedi ever. It took only 15 minutes. Prep was cursory at best. Nails were cut crookedly and polish started coming off after a couple of hours. Rough skin on heels wasn’t removed. There were only 2 of us in the salon at the time, so after the quickest, most disinterested service ever, the manicurist sat around with nothing to do afterwards.”

“TERRIBLE!… I had a mani/pedi 4 days ago and the polish chipped, fair enough… I go back today to have a simple polish change and was asked numerous times about having them filed and kept saying “no, don’t you remember? i was just here..only a polish change” yet she files half heartedly anyway.. leaving rough edges which look terrible with the polish. When I go to pay she charges me for polish change AND file and buff! Terrible principle alone. When I pointed out to the owner that her staff went above and beyond what I had asked for, and it wasn’t a matter of money…but bad business.. she said “she already did it, so you have to pay” Scam artists at the finest! There are so many better, nicer nail salons in Manly that you should check out first. Unfortunately this was the only place you could get into last week, which is why I was there. Now I know why!”

“My girlfriend booked 5 of us to get our Nails Done for my big Wedding Day at Divine. I was so disappointed at the their appalling lack of service, that I had to walk out and find somewhere else. Do not go to this Nail Salon if you want service, as they won’t give you any. They don’t care what you want or how you want it. They just want you to pick your colour and take it seat on the spa so they can rush you out to get to the next customer. I mean it was my big day all I wanted was to make sure it was perfect but no they could not care less. I was so fed up with trying to get them to see what I wanted that I just walked out on them and will never return.”
