“Not at all impressed with this place and especially the management. I had an appointment, came in early, waited for the hairdresser to return from her lunch break. In walks another new customer who decides she needs something done. So the hairdresser who was supposed to cut my hair starts on the new customer, the manager is busy slathering gunk on another woman and here I am twiddling my thumbs with a cape on. I walked right out when it was very apparent the management had no interest in customer satisfaction. AVOID this place! Take your money somewhere it’s appreciated!”
