We have a fully trained scheduler who’s responsible for contacting the tenants once we receive the work orders.
The job is then booked in with the tenant at a suitable time
If we are unable to get in contact with the tenant, we inform the property manager via email
We have a plumber on call for any emergencies. Our aim is to make your job no harder than it already is
