Using a combination of techniques your therapist will tailor a treatment to relax and relieve tension, increase flexibility and range of movement. This massage is great for overworked muscles, sports injuries, stiff neck & shoulders, lower back, sciatica, tension headaches and for focusing on specific areas that need relief and healing.

Hot Stone Massage

Heated volcanic stones are placed on specific areas of the body and moved with flowing strokes over muscles to promote deep relaxation. Massage for Children (age 5-13)

A gentle, nurturing introduction to massage. This massage is designed to ease tension and calm the nervous system. Complaints such as difficulty with sleeping, constipation or stiff, aching muscles can be ameliorated. We ask that a parent/carer be present during the massage to ensure that your child feels safe.
