“Hi Craig (he’s the owner). Been going to Richmond for years and today really dissapointed. Whilst the cut was good, didn’t appreciate all the muck on the floor and none of the trimmers or combs clean just shoved in a sink covered hair (and probably lice) nothing sterilised, great source of hepatitis and from memory against the law. Head feels itchy just thinking about it. Hair all over the floor and staff just lazing around tindering or something. Will give it one more go but that is all.”
