“WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, staff untrained and rude !!!! I showed them a picture of the look I wanted (balayage) and I got out from there with half head yellow and burnt hairs. I am not usually a person who complains at shops but after a week I decided to kindly call them explain the situation and ask them pls to fix my hairs (considering I look like a person that just got out from the Circus) …. I went back today we decided to get my hair back to my normal colour. When she finished to fix the ugly mess she did in my hair and after cutting my hairs shorter (of course cuz they were burnt ) she asked me to pay for the job !!!! What ??? She ruined my hairs and I need to pay even to get them fix ???? So then I asked to actually be refunded, the owner just laugh on my face and walk away …Never back here and gonna make sure to tell everyone about this place !!!! Do not lose your time going to this shop, get real hairdressers and professional people….”
