I had a small crisis with the dress I ordered (the zip broke upon trying it on) and despite me having a panic attack, Roxy and her team were absolute professionals. Not only did they not blame me for the fault, they sent a courier to pick up my dress, repaired it and had it ready for pick up just in time for my event! Such a great concept, and when I went in to pick my dress the service was warm, personal and professional (being unfamiliar with formalwear, I needed all the help I could get!). The dresses themselves were stunning and a great range. Unfortunately I was struck down with tonsillitis the day before my event and cancelled my order – did not expect to receive any sort of refund as it was a total last minute cancellation – but was sent a gift card to use on my next. I seriously love this place and will be thinking up many morse reasons to get dressed up now I know it’s here !”
