“At first I was quite apprehensive as I’ve never had anything quite as dramatic done to my eyebrows ever. This was quite a big decision for me.
However the moment I walked into Elixir Beauty Bar I was was met by the lovely smiling Antonella ready to greet me, no waiting and made me feel very comfortable.
Her professionalism and respectful demeanor was most impressive. I’m not a real chatty person when I go in for my beauty treatments and there’s nothing worse than having your treatment done by someone who is constantly asking about your love life or wanting to chat about their problems or the state of the weather…I find this a real problem with a lot of these beauty places…not with Elixir Beauty Bar, this was a totally different experience, better than I thought.

I lay there and let the professional do her job without distraction. With Antonella, she would often stop and ask me to look and check her work if it was what I wanted before continuing, which again alot of these beauty places don’t even bother asking before they start treatment so this made me feel even more comfortable and at ease to leave my treatment in more than capable hands!
I found her caring ways quite impressive especially when she often asks ‘if I was okay’…which shows me a real concern for her clients well being.
