“DO NOT GO HERE! Worst beauty salon on the Gold Coast.

I have been a customer of Ella Bache for years and have always been extremely happy with the service from the Pacific Fair and Benowa store.

The service I experienced from the owner NIOVI at HELENSVALE was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I purchased my regular products from this store asking specifically for the ones I always use. Niovi put the wrong product in the bag and when I returned to exchange for the one I usually use she refused, said that I was “lying” and called security!

I will now be going elsewhere for all my beauty needs!”
