enLighten Massage & Sound is a sacred space dedicated to holistic relaxation massage, sound and energy therapies.

STORY

This massage/treatment room is tranquil and spacious, the vibration of the area is one of welcoming, warmth, protection and healing.

My focused intention when working with you is to provide a safe and relaxing experience. Where the body receives care through massage and the positive energy of the space creates harmony of the physical body, etheric field, mind and heart.

This is a haven for positive energy to indulge your senses and create balance.

Relaxation massage is just the beginning, your appointment includes on arrival; herbal tea/purified water and a 10 minute chat followed by a full body massage with organic virgin pressed oil (made in South Australia), hot volcanic stone massage and steamed towels, followed by energy alignment using Nepalese vibrational bowl, Tibetan singing bowls and energy chimes. Essential oils, flower essences and anti-inflammatory tinctures are also used as needed for each individual. After your massage I encourage you to move gently and take 10 minutes to sit, have some water before departure as this is your time, so you don’t need to rush out the door.
