“I have been here several times. The ladies here are lovely, caring and helpful. They do a thorough job and the service is reasonably priced. Great location too, right near the train station in a little shopping strip. I often go to the salon, grab a coffee with a friend then go for a walk along the creek nearby. A feel good outing!”

“I was recommended to Enlivan by a friend who frequently visits. When I went into the salon to book the appointment, I found the therapist to be unfriendly, but proceeded to book as my friend had raved about it.

On the day of the appointment, the sercice was much better. I had a peel done, and I felt confident once the treatment was done. The therapist told me I would peel the following evening. When I got to the register, I was forced to buy a balm worth $45 – I was then told the salon did not offer packages which I was not entirely bothered by. I was charged $180 for the treatment and product – when I checked the menu prices, there was no treatment that was priced at $135. After a week and not seeing any skin peeling, I called to query it and I was then told that this was fine – sometimes, people do not peel. I was not offered any sort of discount which I found unusual as I had paid $180 for a peel and did not peel!

I would not go back to this salon, but I do a friend who loves it, so I may have had a bad experience as a one off. I am booked in somewhere else now, so here’s hoping I see some results!”
