Massage Treatments

At Essentia Health & Wellbeing Ashgrove we like to keep things simple.

We don’t want to complicate things with too many massage treatment options; you’re probably stressed enough already! Our Therapists can customise a massage treatment to suit how you’re feeling when you arrive.

Remedial Massage

A remedial massage is designed for people wanting more specific results.

An assessment is carried out prior to the massage on the focus areas and your therapist will advise on a treatment plan along with expected results.

The aim of a remedial massage treatment is to reduce physical pain and discomfort, increase range of motion and prevent injury. We finish each session with a tension releasing head massage.

This massage is ideal for clients recovering from sports injuries, injury prevention, those suffering from deep-seated tension, and clients who are after specific results.

Relaxation Massage

A head to toe massage that will leave you feeling weightless and totally relaxed. This treatment is the ideal massage designed to combat stress, revitalise and restore the body back to balance.

A relaxing blend of essential oils are applied in slow and rhythmic strokes to alleviate tension and tiredness, flushing toxins and worries away.

This massage is ideal for de-stressing, stimulating circulation and restoring balance to the body.
