“Today I purchased a package of IPL and paid up front. I did this as I have completed six sessions previously (3 years ago) and received fantastic customer service where I felt comfortable with the ladies who worked there. Today was a different story. This morning I was greeted by a lovely lady who I had my first treatment with. She made me feel comfortable at the beginning of the session. When I spoke to her about other “problem areas”, I felt like she used this as a weakness and ultimately, I would say made me feel as though I needed to fix this by offering me another package deal of IPL. Feeling uncomfortable by the situation, I hesitated and then agreed to undergo the treatment and purchase the package. This went on to then telling me I needed over $100 worth of gels and lotions. Once I got home, I felt confused so I called Highpoint and spoke to Natalie again. She told me she would call the manager and get back to me. She did and told me I could not be refunded for these products, but I could be credited. I drove back to the store to exchange the products and explained to another worker that I did not want to IPL package any longer as I felt like I really didn’t need it. She told me that because she had “other customers” and she was “too busy” that she would enter in the exchange later on in the day. When I asked for proof of exchange she said she “can’t do it right now because as you can see, I have customers”. Essential Beauty, I am an UNHAPPY customer who has just spent $1,000 in your store and I am now being told that you are “TOO BUSY” to help me. I felt my experience today was not about me, but about money, especially as a result of my insecurities in order to sell more of your services. ”

“I went in for a re-pierce that was done at one of the Adelaide franchise stores years ago. Unfortunately with miscommunication the incorrect spot was pierced and due to the large piece of jewelry, my body rejected it on one side. When I called to notify the team at highpoint what hd occure, they were extremely apologetic and even offered to do the re-pierce again, this time in the correct spot.
These things happen all the time, we all make mistakes and the way management handled this mix up was extremely professional and I am very grateful! Thanks again.”

Took my 8 month old daughter to have her ears pieced, the girls were very friendly and very professional. The dual operation is the only way to go for little ones. It was so quick, My daughter literally cried for 30 seconds and was happy and smiling straight after.”

“After waiting about 20 mins for my appointment to get my tongue pierced, I was told by the piercer that she wouldn’t do it because the person I was with had fainted during his. I have been pierced nine times with minimal problems, yet I wasn’t allowed to explain this. Don’t bother with piercings here; go to Off Ya Tree instead!”
