“Had my nose pierced a while ago that was all fine until I had to get it re pierced and the girl that re pierced my nose was shockingly awful!!!
She drew a dot on my nose and i looked in the mirror told her i wanted the same hole repierced also asked of that was fine. She said it was, so i then showed her where my original hole was that I didn’t want it where she had drawn a dot and she just said OK and told me to lie down. She did not wipe off the dot she drew and just pierced it anyways on that dot i did not want!!
On top of that i asked for a titanium piercing but was given a stainless steel. I went back in recently to get my nose checked out as previously i did get bumps which was due to an allergic reaction to the stainless steel and keltoid scaring. The girl that saw me told me that whoever pierced my nose had used stainless steel and i was having a reaction to it.
Not happy with that particular staff who repierced my nose. Surely if a customer wanted a piercing in a certain spot you’d do it and not just ignore that (unless with good reason)! And please make sure that staff know the difference between titanium/stainless steel. It has been quite painful and annoying with this piercing because a stuff couldn’t be bothered to get it right the first time.”

“I had laser at the Emporium salon. But my last session one of the girls from the Melbourne central salon came across to complete. She was rude, unprofessional and didn’t even complete the laser session properly (I experienced no hair loss at all). I emailed the owner of the emporium salon, turns out she is also the owner of the Melbourne central salon, to complain about the rude staff from the Melbourne central salon and to ask for my money back on my last laser session (I paid for 6 sessions upfront, have undergone 5 and still had one remaining that I have paid for but haven’t had completed yet). She didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I had asked for a refund or apologise just defended her staff saying and I quote “the events that transpired were out of our hands”. So it’s out of your hands that your staff are rude little bitches? You just let them run wild abusing clients and losing you customers? I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service than that from the staff at the Melbourne Central salon. If you want to be treated like dirt go here!”
