“Bad experience. Not worth my money. I was booked for one hour service, for which I got 50 min and that too wasn’t worth. Would never ever like to go back there. The staff doesn’t communicate much.”

“Very bad experience of their staff been ruled to me despite been booked three days ago. I am a beautician and hairdresser myself and one of their regular client up until today when they showed their true face. It was a busy day at Doncaster today and I struggled finding a car park therefore I was 9 minutes late. When I finally arrived the shop, I was told the next available appointment is 40 minutes away. Nor have I received a phone call to confirm the appointment by their staff member, I didn’t like the attitude I was given by the staff who worked today 13/08/2015 at 1200. I will not recommend this beauty shop to my friends.”

“Very poor experience. Was told my booking was for 12.20pm, arrived at 12.19 and was told it was booked for 12.15 and they could not see me. Last time I’ll be coming.”

“I don’t normally do this but I just came in to get a piercing changed not only was I not informed about the charge at first which was really insignificant so it didn’t bother me but then the girl who served me was very unprofessional and clearly not trained…. Firstly she started changing it before asking me when I had it done then only realized and asked half way through. Then she essentially lost my jewelry, and whilst trying to find it I saw how untidy and dirty the room was which kind of scared me then she put in my new jewelry, without changing her gloves even though they had been on the floor and also with out cleaning the earring or even spraying it afterwards. These are simple things that even I know need to be done even though I’ve only been pierced twice. I’m disappointed beyond words”
