“I had eyelash extensions done at another salon and the result was appalling. I also had a reaction to the glue and they couldn’t rectify the problem ie – taking the lashes off and removing the glue. The ‘girl’ had used an excess amount of medical grade glue when applying the lashes and glued the lashes to my skin. In conjunction, my natural top corner eyelashes had been glued to my lower lid – it was an appalling mess. After a desperate phone call to Essential Beauty Southlands, the manager slotted me in almost immediately where Nicky and her team worked for two and half hours removing the extension. Despite the pain (due to the incompetence of the other salon)they managed to save my natural lashes and did an absolute stellar job.
