I am an experienced massage therapist, and have been studying and practicing massage for over nine years.

I incorporate many massage techniques, drawing on my knowledge of traditional remedial massage techniques (including deep tissue, myofascial release, MET and more), Swedish massage techniques, cross fibre mobilisation, as well as eastern traditions of Chinese Acupressure and Reflexology.

In addition to these techniques, I have an extensive knowledge of Aromatherapy and I enjoy giving a luxurious Aromatherapy massage, that not only delights the senses, it also benefits many body systems.

I am passionate about holistic health and seek to give a service that is beneficial for the mind, body and spirit.

I treat each client as an individual and provide the appropriate treatment for your level of health. I listen to my client’s feedback and work with you to provide the best possible service.

I am a caring and calm person and I truly want to provide positive outcomes for all of my clients. I help you to recover from pain, tension and stress.

I have recently undertaken training in oncology massage and have also worked with people with disabilities.

1 hour Remedial Massage $75
A massage that treats tense, knotted or impaired muscles to promote faster healing and full recovery. The massage therapist traces the discomfort as closely as possible back to the original cause – healing this as well as the symptoms. Stretching techniques, deep tissue massage, and other specialised techniques are used.

1.5 hours Remedial Massage $110
Recommend 90 minute treatment for first remedial massage. This is also a great option for ongoing treatment for people with many areas of tension, as sometimes a one hour massage is just not enough time to treat all areas. Also great for those with some muscular tension requiring remedial work, but also want half of the massage to be relaxing.

1 hour Swedish/Relaxation Massage $75
A massage designed to help you relax and recover from the stresses of daily life. Swedish massage is enjoyable, relaxing and invigorating. The massage therapist will use gliding, flowing and kneading massage techniques to induce deep relaxation in the body and calm the mind. Perfect for melting your stress away and reducing tension in your whole body.

1.5 hours Swedish/Relaxation Massage$110
This​ extended massage is extremely relaxing and allows more time on each area of the body. The ultimate, relaxing massage!

1 hour Aromatherapy Massage $80
Aromatherapy massage is a relaxing massage incorporating highly concentrated plant oils – called essential oils. The essential oils used are therapeutic grade. Aromatherapy massage can have a positive affect on heart rate, stress level, blood pressure, breathing, digestion, mood disorders, hormones and the immune system.

1.5 hours Aromatherapy Massage $115
This is a luxurious option, very relaxing and delights the senses. This full body massage includes head, face and foot massage – which feel amazing. Can include combination massage if you wish – half Remedial massage and half Aromatherapy massage.

1 hour Oncology Massage $75
Oncology Massage is a gentle, nurturing and effective massage that safely addresses the needs of a cancer patient or anyone with a history of cancer (or other degenerative illness). Oncology Massage therapists understand the science and pay close attention to the physical, emotional and psychological needs of a client during diagnosis, treatment, recovery, survivorship or palliative care.

1.5 hours Oncology Massage $110
For your first oncology massage, you will need to book a 1.5 hour session to allow time for a thorough consultation – health history intake. Thereafter, 1 hour should be sufficient.

1 hour Pregnancy Massage $75
A Swedish/Relaxation Massage adapted for a pregnant woman. Some safe remedial massage moves to relieve muscular tension. A focus on relaxing you to reduce pain all over and reduce your stress levels.

1.5 hours Pregnancy Massage $110
A Swedish/Relaxation Massage adapted for a pregnant woman. Some safe remedial massage moves to relieve muscular tension. A focus on relaxing you to reduce pain all over and reduce your stress levels. The extended time will allow time for a full body massage – including head/face, neck, back, arms, hands, legs and feet.

2 hours Remedial or Swedish/Relaxation Massage $145
This​ is a great option for people with many areas of tension, as sometimes a one hour massage is just not enough time to treat all areas. 2 hours Aromatherapy Massage $150
The ultimate indulgence, very relaxing and luxurious. Special care and attention is given to each area worked on. This full body massage includes head, face and foot massage – which feel amazing. Can include combination massage – half Remedial massage and half Aromatherapy massage.
