”Terrible! I visited them a few weeks ago showing the staff pictures of my regular haircut and colour that I wanted to keep. I even pointed out the colour in the shop that it was close to. After staff cut my hair a good 2-3 inches shorter than what I wanted and I mentioned this staff became quite hostile saying had done exactly as I said.
