“4 hours for my mother and aunt to have a facial deluxe and pedicure/manicure done. My aunt was drenched in water whilst having her pedicure and had to sit in a towel while her clothes were put in the dryer. Towels were greyish white, the rooms were freezing cold and no one paid attention to any requests to heat the room or turn the drone of the music down. $370 completely wasted. Step away from the front door and go somewhere else”

“Really disgusting staff! One of the staff opened the door because I was “talking too loud” with another customer. I walked in at 1.30 and was told to come back in 30mins. I came back after 30mins and was told that I’ll have to wait for another hour because I didn’t come back in exactly 30mins! Still didn’t get an apology for being told I was “talking too loud” and was abused by the other staff member. Will NEVER go back there again! The owner can’t control her staff. They should be fired for treated paying customers so rudely!!!”

“Poor service delivered ,beautician double booked themselves(Not being told ). Got in the room but absolutely being abandoned for two and half hours .Beautician put sth on your face and disappeared for 45 minutes(Repeatedly) .Trying to go bathroom but couldn’t get anyone help to remove things on my face.(They most properly with other clients ,the whole facial took me two and half hours and not even finished in the end ) . Staring at ceiling and thinking why i have to pay the poor service like that .Got to the point with my green colour mask on and went out .Coming back from the bathroom and decided to stop the terrible experience .Ridiculous! Telling manager not happy to pay the service like that .Guess what? Just been told I am cheap and rude .
